"Meet Your Next Partner" Match Making meetings where pre-vetted exhibiting companies are matched with potential customers or business partners in a private room.
"Meet Your Next Partner" meetings increase your business development efficiency and your partnering effectiveness. Meetings are between pre-vetted exhibiting companies and innovation leaders in a reserved room based on data submitted and matched for overlapping interests. Innovation leaders will include:
Participating Exhibitors select who they would like to meet (by category or specific partner) and submit a description of their value proposition, validation, and the objectives for the requested meeting. The Match Maker Program is free to all Exhibitors who wish to apply.
Partners provide their criteria for meeting. Unless the Partner authorizes disclosure, their criteria are private. In early October, the Conference Organizer will provide Partners with a list of Participating Exhibitors that match each Partner's criteria. The Partners will have the final decision with whom they would like to meet.
Match Maker Meetings are pre-scheduled for 15 minutes each. These private pre-vetted meetings enable direct and open discussions between exhibitors and potential customers or business partners.
Exhibitors who wish to request matches may participate for free by filling out an application form. Partners must be paid registrants in the Match Maker Program.
